From the time you are checked into the dealership with your sales representative THE CLOCK STARTS... We will hand you a stopwatch and then we get to work on your behalf. We guarantee you can buy your car and take delivery in UNDER 30 minutes! If we fail to achieve this, YOU WILL RECEIVE a $100 gas card & a $100 restaurant gift card & $50 in Cherokee Cash - useful for internal services.

* The fine print... We respectfully and simply ask that you do not intentionally prolong or extend the shopping experience as this VIP Experience is designed to maximize your time and our efficiency. We value your time and our VIP Appointment Experience is a good-faith effort to demonstrate that to our valued clients and guests. The Guarantee is a good-will gesture if we fail you, not a "prize" for client's who complicate things! :)

This VIP experience is designed for the person who:

  1. Values their time as a top priority and wants to save 1-3 hours at a dealership
  2. Has preselected a specific vehicle in our inventory and our team has confirmed it's availability for purchase
  3. Agrees that our value-price is fair and competitive and expects to be treated fairly and with respect
  4. Commits to arriving at an agreed date & time so we can be properly prepared
  5. Communicates and provides the relevant information at least 1hr prior to arrival to expedite the purchase process:

- Photo of Driver's license(s)

- Copy of insurance (full-coverage if financing)

- Completed credit application(s) (if financing with us)

- Photo of Odometer (if trading / selling a vehicle to us)

- Photo of VIN (if trading / selling a vehicle to us)

- Specific and agreed upon arrival time for VIP Appointment

Here's how it works...

This VIP experience is designed to do the following for you:

  1. Your vehicle is removed from general availability and reserved for your consideration**
  2. You have the first right of refusal and any other offer becomes a "back-up" - you have priority**
  3. Your vehicle is cleaned for delivery: washed, vacuumed, and stickers removed
  4. Your vehicle is fueled and ready for delivery: gas tank is topped off and full
  5. Your vehicle is separated from the general inventory and pre-staged for your inspection and demonstration-drive
  6. Your vehicle is staged with a "Reserved for VIP" tag with your name on it
  7. You are offered a custom-delivery experience (ask representative or details):

** A little more fine print... Out of respect for our sales team and the clients they work with, we can only offer to reserve a vehicle for a VIP appointment for a maximum of 3 calendar days from the time the appointment is set for! Ex. A VIP appointment is set for the 3pm, on 17th of the month. The vehicle will ONLY be held in reserve from 3pm on the 14th through 3pm on the 17th (3 calendar days).
